הצימר נוח מאוד עם מטבח כיריים ומקרר נוח מאוד להכנת ארוחת בוקר מפנקת היחס של מרים המארחת היה מעולה תמיד זמינה לכל בקשה.
בנוסף יש חצר גדולה ופינת מנגל הילדים נהנו בעיקר מהערסלים המפנקים .
קרוב מאוד לכינרת.
