The Pnina BaMidbar vacation village is situated in the heart of the Arava Desert on the Incense Route. צופר Tzofar –

Tzofar is a moshav in southern Israel, near route 90, about 120 kilometers north of Eilat, between the Tzukim and Sapir settlements. The name derives from the nearby Tzofar stream and also refers to one of the three “friends” of Job (the other 2 also have Kibbutzim named after them).

Winter farming is the main industry of the moshav and an attempt has been made to farm lobsters in artificial ponds. The second source of income is tourism which includes Zimmers and guest houses.
